These terms are the agreement between you and Boring Studio S.R.L. (registered in Romania under trade register number J12/5406/2023, unique registration code (CUI) 49276611, at Str. Eugen Ionesco nr. 67, bl. F, ap. 42, Cluj-Napoca) for using the Ten Shots app, its App Clip and this website. By using Ten Shots you accept them. Our privacy page explains what we do with your data.
Who can use Ten Shots
You must be 16 or older. You can join an event without an account. To host an event you sign in with Apple or Google, and you are responsible for what happens on your account.
How it works
- A host creates an event and invites friends with a link or a QR code.
- Everyone on the event gets the same number of shots. Shots are free.
- The host pays once per event for guest capacity beyond the first five people, host included. Guests never pay.
- Nobody sees the roll until it develops at the time the host set, by default 10:00 the next morning. The host and co-hosts see shots earlier so they can remove anything that should not be there.
Your shots
Your shots stay yours. You give us permission to store them, process them and show them to the people on that event, only as far as we need to run Ten Shots. That permission ends when the shots are deleted.
You can delete your own shots until the roll develops. After that, the host or a co-host can remove them, and you can ask the host or us. Everyone on a roll can save and share its shots, so think before you shoot.
Hosting
If you host, you decide who gets the invite. Only invite people who are happy to be part of a shared roll, and respect anyone who asks to stay out of shot. You can remove any shot from your roll and delete the event; deleting it deletes the roll for everyone.
What is not allowed
- Shots of anyone who has not agreed to be photographed in a private moment, or of anyone under 16 in any sexual or harmful context.
- Nudity or sexual content of anyone without their consent, and anything illegal.
- Harassment, hate, threats, or content meant to humiliate someone.
- Trying to get into events you were not invited to, guessing invite codes, or getting around limits.
- Reselling, copying or automating Ten Shots.
You can report a shot or an event to us from the app or the support page. We review reports and can remove content, events or accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.
Purchases
Guest capacity is bought through the App Store as a one-time purchase for one event. Apple handles payment, receipts and refunds under its own terms; ask Apple for a refund from your purchase history. A refund removes the extra capacity it paid for. Unlimited guests or shots are a special offer agreed with us directly.
The service
We work hard to keep every shot safe and to develop every roll on time, but Ten Shots is provided as it is. We may change features, and we will give notice in the app before we stop the service. Keep copies of shots that matter to you by saving them to your phone.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer. Otherwise our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Ten Shots and delete your account at any time in the app. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of Romania. As a consumer in the EU you also keep the protection of the law where you live and can go to your local courts. When these terms change we update the date at the top and tell you in the app before a change that matters takes effect.
